What counts as a seat?
Each mailbox on the Business plan is a seat.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. You can sign up and use the free plan without payment details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change plans from the billing page in your dashboard. Limits update when the plan changes.
What happens if I hit the daily recipient limit?
Further outgoing messages from that mailbox are held back until the daily window resets. Incoming mail is not affected.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
