Do I need to own a domain?
Yes. Mail by vizsu hosts email for a domain you already own, such as acme.com. You keep the domain with your current registrar.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 domain and 5 mailboxes with 5 GB each, webmail, and IMAP/SMTP access. No card is needed to start.
Which DNS providers work?
Any DNS provider. We list the records to add and check them automatically, so you can see when each one is correct.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. IMAP and SMTP are available on every plan, including free, so any standard mail app works.
Can I move my existing email across?
Yes. You can import mail from Google, Microsoft 365, any IMAP server, or PST files.
Where is my data stored?
Mail data is stored in India, in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. See the sub-processors page for the full list of providers.
Do you show ads or read my mail for advertising?
No. We do not show ads and do not use your mail for advertising.
